POLICE MAKE A “ROUND-UP" CITY NO\V~ QUIET. * Reuter’s Telegram. DELHI, April 28. The situation at Calcutta is quiet owing to'reinforcements of police and the rounding up of bad characters. The total casualties since April 22nd have been 45 killed and 375 wounded.
