ARSON CHARGES
ACCUSED NOT GUILTY
I’er Press Association. _ HOKITIKA, March 11. The Supreme Court sitting opened today, Mr Justice Adams presiding. The grand jury found true bills in charges of causing bodily harm, alleged negligent driving arising out of a motorlorry collision, and alleged arson arising out of four fires on the night o-f September 28th, when the Methodist Church was guttod. -1 he court heard the arson charge, ,°. u Wtllinm Lipsett, alias John Sinclair, being arraigned. The jury returned nt '7.30 p.m. with a verdict of pot guilty on all counts.
