PETONE CLUB The annual meeting' of the Petone Rugby Football Club was held in the Oddfellows" Rail on Monday evening, Bth instant. The president (Mr W. Donovan) presided over a good attendance of members. In moving the adoption Tof the report and balance-sheet, Mr Donovan congratulated members - upon the position attained by the club in the past season. He impressed members with the need of enthusiasm and co-operation, which were, necessary to uphold. tl;e .traditions of the club. Mr Donovan further stressed the point that members had every facility for training purposes, and expressed the hope that all would help the club attain a more prominent position in the ensuing season.
