SEAMAN’S ARM TORN OFF NO DOCTOR ABOARD. Bv Telegraph —Press Assn.—Copyriuht. SYDNEY, January 28. The Marama arrived two hours ahead of schedule time. She went at full speed when over 300 miles from Sydney in order to obtain medical attention for one of the crew, G. Ramsay, who had had bis arm torn off in the engine-room. There was no doctor aboard, and the captain attended to the man. In response to a wireless call the ship was met by an ambulance and the man taken to hospital.
