NEW OFFICIAL CREATED TO CO-ORDINATE WORK' Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 22, 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 22. The Overseas Trade Department has created a! new post, that of InspectorGeneral of Overseas Trade Services, appointed to it Mr W. J. Glenny, who is at present occupying a high post. His duties will include the supervision and co-ordination of the work of trade commissioners all over the Empire, and of similar officials in foreign countries. He is expected to travel for eightmonths each year, reporting upon trade conditions.
