CONFERENCE AT DUNEDIN. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN. July 22. The annual conference of the New Zealand Real Estate Institute commenced this morning, and was attended by about twenty 'delegates from various centres. In welcoming the delegates, the Mayor, Mr H. L. Tapley, mentioned that since 1922 the Dunedin municipality had borrowed locally £l,562,636, without prejudicing local building operations.
