BRITAIN WILL NOT BE HASTY EQUAL TREATMENT ONLY ASKED, Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received Julv 19, 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA, July 18. Viscount Burnham, head of the British delegation to the Empire Press Conference, in an interview here, said: “England has no intention of being hasty towards France. The United States is actually pressing her more than Britain. We only ask France to be as liberal in her treatment of Britain as she ib with the United States.’’
