EMPIRE PRESS CONGRESS
DELEGATES REACH CANADA. Reuter’s Telegram. (Received Julv 19, 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA. July IS. The main body of the British delegates to the Empire Press Conference arrived in Quebec yesterday, headed bv Lord Burnham, others being Sir Elmslev Carr, Sir Frank Newnes, and Sir William Davies. With a number of Canadian news, paper ntten the party will sail from Vancouver later in the month. After a brief stay at Montreal, the delegates entrained for Winnipeg. Brief stops will he made at Banff, Lake Louise, Vancomer, and Victoria.
