The “Deutsche Zeitung,” which is the most Nationalist of the Nationalist newspapers, argues that Germany’s future depends on her ceasing to be politically isolated After rejecting the idea of collaboration with Russia or France, the paper says: “Germans cannot torget that Albion deceived Frederick the Great, and they will keep their eyes open; nevertheless, a rapprochement with England must be attempted, for that alone will help us to get on our feet again.”
