CANCER DISCOVERY
TEST BY EXPERTS THIS WEEK BEHIND CLOSED DOORS Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, July 17. Probably the first general expression of medical opinion on the new cancer discovery will be at the, Bath Conference on Wednesday, when Dr. Gye initiates a discussion on the filter-passing viruses, but in accordance with the usual oustom it will be behind closed doors. The most interesting of to-day’s announcements is that Dr. Murray, on behalf of the Imperial Cancer Research Fund, has conducted a separate investigation, and confirms the discovery of the virus.
There are hints of another momentous announcement being likely in the near future. ■
