DOMINION’S WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.
Mr Allan Granger, chief inspector oi weights and measures, Birmingham, is coming to New Zealand to assist m the organisation of the weights and measures service. The visit of Mr Granger follows on a request made to the British Board of Trade by the Secretary pf Labour (Mr F. W. Rqwley) that an experienced officer might he given leave of absence to come tp New Zealand tc advise whether the Dominion’s methods in regard K weights and measures .*re up to date.
