Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received April 17, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 16. William Dobbs, aged 77 years, the oldest playing cricketer in England, was buried' at Rotherham. He had played cricket for 55 years, and captained the village team till the last. His flannels, bat, and club colours were placed in the coffin.
