DISASTROUS FIRE
CARELESSNESS ALLEGED. FARMERS INCENSED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. PERTH, February 27. A fire, the origin of which is supposed to be a fire of dry logs and debris fit by a party of telegraph linesmen, swept the Capel district, doing enormous damage. Intense feeling exists regarding the alleged carelessness of Federal Government employees.
