TRADE AGREEMENT SIGNED. MUTUAL CONCESSIONS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received February 27, 10.40 p.m.) PARIS, February 27. A Franco-German trade agreement, extending over nine months, lias been concluded. It embodies mutual concessions, and provides for a minimum tariff on all articles in which ilie signatories are especially interested, pending the negotiation of a commercial treaty.
