COMPENSATION AWARDED
INJURED WATERSIDES,. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, December 17. The Arbitration Court awarded £l6O to John Joseph Sullivan, a wnteraide worker, for injuries received while shovelling coal on the Kawatirt on January 4th. A quantity of coal from a bucket Struck plaintiff, causing injuries to his head and body. Judgment took into account the fact that £3l 16a 6d had already been paid by the company.
