■WW T-t Pf-r* DEADLOCK IN NEGOTIATIONS. Reuter’s Telegram. (Received'.March 23, 5,5 p.m.) LONDON, March 22. Negotiations for the Queensland loan are approaching a deadlock, though hitherto there has been no rupture, Little has been heard of Mr E. G. Theodore, the Queensland Premier, since he reached London. It has been mentioned, however, that he might agree to the vexed question of the land lessee being submitted to arbitration.
