CALCUTTA STRIKE
MANY MEN IDLE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received January 27, 5.5 p.m.) DELHIj January 26. An insignificant strike in Calcutta amongst mill hands originating a few 1 days ago through the non-payment of a bonus at the Standard Mills has now suddenly extended. Several mills are closed, and about 11,000 operatives are involved.
