BANK OF NEW ZEALAND
ELECTION OF SHAREHOLDERS’ DIRECTOR, Mr Richard W. Gibbs, who has recently resigned from the position of the Chief Auditorship of the bank, lias notified liis intention of offering himself to shareholders as candidate for the vacancy on tho board. Mr Gibbs possesses an intimate knowledge of banking, particularly of the business ramifications of tho Bank of Now Zealand, and he 'lias been associated with that institution during the period of its remarkablo development.
