ALLEGED CONTEMPT
CASE BEFORE FULL COURT.
ARISING OUT OF NASH CASE.
The oharge of alleged contempt of court which arose through the recent proceedings of Nash \. Narh for judicial reparation in the Supreme Court, has been set clown for hearing by tho Full Court on Monday next, when the Chief Justice will preside. Clarence Cobb, one of the witnesses for Mrs Nash, is alleged to have interfered with a juryman by conversing with him.
