Castle, chairman of the Wellington Hospital Board yesterday, when referring to the fact that the actual expenditure for the past six months was only £372 more than had been estimated. The estimated expenditure had beon £50,720, as against an actual expenditure of £52,794, an excess of £2074. This was less an estimated amount of £12,325 receipts, which had panned out at £14,027, a surplus of £1702.
