AIR DEFENCE DISCUSSED,
MEETINGS IN SECRET. Reuter’s Telegram. LONDON, October 22. The dominion Ministers returned from week-end visits to “Chequers” and other country houses, and resumed the discussion of the air defence programme at the Imperial Conference. Mr Stanley Baldwin presided at the meeting. All the dominion delegates were present. It was decided that the proceedings should be confidential. Tho meeting adjourned until Wednesday,
