"JOY NIGHT” NO. 3
TflE C.T.C. GREAT EFFORT.
The committee of the Commercial Fra rollers’ Association, who are making arrangements for “Joy Night: Nn. I’’ to be held early next month, anticipate that this night will crown all their previous efforts, and the public of Wellington are looking forward to a special treat in what will practically be the final big dance of the season. When the commercial travellers taka anything in hand, they have a way of throwing the whole weight of their energy and enthusiasm into the project, no matter what it may be, and the public is promised unusual value for their money an this occasion. An art union is to be held in connection with the function, and when it is considered that svery ticket sold will mean Christmas Joy and presents for some unfortunate child in local institutions, the support given will doubtless exceed expectations. The good work done m this connection for some years past baa always had the whole-hearted support of Wellington citizens, who know that the C.T. and W. ■ Association are now looked upon to perform this pleasing duty for Chris tmiaatide.
