CONSTRUCTION TO BEGIN. per Ae<«r>ciaHoT>. DUNEDIN, October 16. At a meeting of the Dunedin War Memorial Committee to-night it was decided that the erection of the war memorial be proceeded with forthwith, and that the foundation stone be laid on as early a date as can be arranged. It was also decided to endeavour to secure the presence of Lord Jellicoe.
