AN OLD OFFENDER
IMPRISONMENT FOR THEFT. Per Press Association. WAIROA, October 16. In the Magistrate’s Court this afternoon, Henry Thomas Doyle, with nine previous convictions, was charged with the theft of vegetables and being unlawfully on the premises of the Boating Club. Accused was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment with hard labour, and two yearn’ reformative treatment.
