SCHEME OF REORGANISATION. DIRECTORY OF FIVE. Reuter* ROME, October 14. The Grand Council of the Fascist Party has adopted a scheme of reorganisation under which the supreme leadership of the party is entrusted to a national directory of five members, to bo chosen by Signor Mussolini from a list proposed by the National Council of the party, to be held in Rome on January 12th. This council will bo constituted by the provincial secretaries nominated by a Congress of Provincial Federations, and subject to the approval of Signor Mussolini. Meanwhile a provisional national directory has been formed.
