WATCHING COMMUNISTS MOVEMENT STEAD IVY ORGANISED IN MIDLANDS. COMMUNISTS IN DREAD. Bv Telegrarb—Press Assn.—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (.Received October 15, 8.50 p.m.) LONDON, October 15. The Birmingham correspondent of the “Daily Express'’ says: “The Fascist movement is organising steadily and secretly in the Midlands. The Communists are anxious, as they dread the possibility of swift and summaty action by the secret bands of men who are watching every Communist movement. The Communists intend to appeal to the police for protection if the Fascists show the least disposition to interfere with their meetings.’’
