SOLDIER SETTLERS
REVALUATION OF LAND. LAST COMMITTEE APPOINTED. The Acting-Minister fer Lands announced on Saturday that the district committees for tho revaluation of soldier settlers' lands are now complete. The personnel of twenty-two committees has already been stated, and the last committee provides for tbe representation of the West Wellington Land District. The following committee has been appointed for that district : Messrs L. T. McLean, farmer, Cheltenham (chairman); J. Munro Wilson, valuer, Palmerston North; and F. Parnell, farmer, Maxton Junction. The Minister also intimated that the various committees are now arranging the details of their itincrar ies, and will very shortly be at work.
