SIKI BARRED. Australian and N. 7.. Cable Association. LONDON, January 31. The Home Secretary announces that, after full consideration of all the circumstances, he is not prepared to allow Siki to land in Britain. Siki had been provisionally engaged to give a sparring exhibition in London.
