PLAYERS FROM OVERSEAS. MUST SIGN DECLARATION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received February 2, 8 n.m.) LONDON, February 2 The Scottish. Rugby Union intends to all overseas players shall declare 5n writing that they have never played for or against a team playing under Northern Union rules. Otherwise they will he barred.
