BRIG.-GEN. RICHARDSON
ADMINISTRATOR OF SAMOA. It is reported on good authority that Brigadier-General G. S. Richardson, General Officer in Charge of Administration at Defence Headquarters, Wellington, is to be appointed Administrator of Samoa.
Brigadier-General Richardson joined the forces as a gunner, and haa steadily worked his way upward until he was appointed second m command of tho ’ New Zealand Foroee. He has a splendid war service to his credit-.
