NAVAL PROMOTION
COMMANDER PRICKETT, OF THE CHATHAM. Reuter’s Telegram. (Received July 1, 6.6 p.m.) LONDON, June 30. Commander Prickett, of the cruiser H.M.S. Chatham, has been promoted captain.
Captain Prickett, as commander, has been second in command of H.M.S. Chatham- sinoo she was coni missioned iu October, 1920, under Captain Alan G. Hofchain, C.M.G. Captain Prickett’s promotion would seem to indicate his early transfer to the Imperial fleet.
