RUSSIAN RECONSTRUCTION
LITVINOFF HAS A PLAN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 2, 5-5 p.m.) THE HAGUE, June 30. M. Litvinoff presented to the Credits Commission a plan for the reconstruction of Russia involving the outlay of 3,224,000,000 gold roubles, of which transport will absorb one milliard roubles, agriculture 924,000,000, industrial reconstruction 750,000,000, and commercial and ‘banking credits, 500,000,000.
