FOR EMBEZZLEMENT
IMPRISONMENT OF A FISHERY INSPECTOR. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 2, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 30. Walter Sidney Masterman was sentenced to three years’ penal servitude for the embezzlement of funds belonging to the Board of Fisheries. Wlaltler Sidney ‘Masterman, the Grimsby fishery inspector, was charged with embezzling £862 from the Board of Fisheries, money Obtained from the sale of ex-German, fishery property.
