MEETING OF CREDITORS
MOTOR MECHANIC’S AFFAIRS. ILLNESS AND DEBT. A lonst and expensive illness appears to have brought Harry Douglas Nattrass, motor mechanic, of Wellington., into financial difficulties, for ho attended to meet his creditors before tljp Official Assignee yesterday. In his statement he disclosed that hia unsecured debts totalled £175 18s 6d, and his assets .£45, including .£4O furniture. Hj.s chief creditor was Dr C. D. Henry, to whom he was indebted in the sum of .G 42 for professional services. Other creditors were A. A. Nattrass, £45; Mrs McMahon, £27; an(l H. Fatter, builder, £22. He stated 1 that he proceeded to Auckland in connection with the Nat-trass-Harris Motor Company, and contraoted an illness during his return journey. He was admitted to a private hospital, where he spent several months, and where the services of a trained nurse were required. When he was discharged he was without funds, and was obliged to get financial assistance from Mrs'McMahon, of Whangarei. His wife also had to secure financial help from his brother. As there was no quorum the meetinfl was adjourned sine die.
