Tho Central Wool Committee, Melbourne, is distributing priority wool certificates and share certificates in the British-Austrafcisian - Wood Association representing £22,000,000; also retiring certificates of small growers, reducing the number of shareholders to 60,000. (Received July 25, 5.5 pan.) SYDNEY, July 25. Tlio £22,000,000 worth of certificates which “Bawra” is distributing represent their face value, the total cashdistribution being £5,005,000, and of the £10,000,000 worth of priority certificates tho directors are retiring 47.5 per cent., which is equal to £4,750,000, and are also retiring tho certificates of small growers, whose individual contributions to tho wool pool are valued at £IOO or loss.
