CITY MILK SUPPLY
CONFERENCE AT OTAKI. At Otaki last night Councillor C. J. B. Norwood (chairman) and members of the City Council milk committee conferred with the dairy farmers of the district with the object of making arrangements for supplying Wellington city, with milk next winter. The question of the price to be fixed and the whole subject of contracts was discussed, and it is hoped that the results of the conference will prove to be in every way satisfactory to tho suppliers, to the City Council, and last, but by no means least, to; the consumers.
