IMPORTS AND EXPORTS
SIGNIFICANT FIGURES. For the year 1920 New Zealand’s imports totalled £61,595,828, more than twice as much as the imports for the previous year (£30,671,698). The exports of the Dominion for the two years were £46,441,946 and £53,970,075 respectively, showing a falling off of practically 74 millions, during the past- year. Imports and exports or specie. are included in the above figures, bat they make no material difference. The imports of specie during 1920, for example, only totalled £41,975 and the exports £36,580. ,
