THE CONCLUDING DAY. PZB FBSSa ASSOCIATION. HASTINGS. January 38, For the concluding day of the Ram Fair the weather was fair but cloudy, and whowefy in the afternoon. In flock Lincolns there was no demand and many were passed in. The highest prioe was 4 guineas. Border Leicesters were-generally poor, but three lots sold at 6 to 81 guineas. Southdowns were of good quality and bidding was brisk. The prices were good, 14 guineas being top prioe; Shropshire Downs were all passed and two pens of Cheviots sold at 7 guineas. In stud rams Romneys of the best class brought a good response, prices ranging; from 15 to ghguinsaa. Lin coins wert in poor demand, and many were passed in. The best class of Southdowns fetched satisfactory results.
