HOROWHENUA NOTES
(Special to tho "Times.") OTAKI. Friday. The business premises of Mr W. M Clarke, of Levin, wore entered this week and a small sum of money, as well as a few wearables, taken. There wore 31 births, 10 marriages, and 9 deaths registered at Levin for the quarter just ended. Two farms, one of 33 acres and the other 40 acres, sold at Levin on. Wednesday for AlOl and A 99 respectively. As a result of the Easter hockey tournament at Otnki the local club raised some 2310, which will pay all expences, including the purchase of five gold medals.
