The defendants said they had seen the Home Secretary, who suggested that if tho sweepstakes were held it should be abroad. The Home Secretary apparently intends to suppress all sweepstakes. Ho has already prohibited a Stock Exchange sweep on behalf of St. Dunsfan’s. ■
