POLICE COURT
A SHORT SITTING. A short sitting of the Police Court was held yesterday, Mr E. Page, S.M., presiding. Phillip S. Corliss was fined £5, or in default seven days’ imprisonment, for committing an indecent pet in Sydney street, and Robert Thomas and Daniel Devlin were each convicted and discharged Tor drunkenness, and fined £l, or in default seven days’ imprisonment, for breaches of their prohibition orders. The latter was also ordered to pay 17s 6d medical expenses. For drunkenness, James Norton and Daniel Murphy were each fined £1 and costa, and four first-offenders wore also dealt with.
