TALK OF SEVERANCE BY MOHAMMEDANS. Reuter’s Telegram. (Received March 11, 0.30 p.m.) CALCUTTA, March 10. Tho Khalifat Conference passed a resolution in favour of a final 'message to the Viceroy and King-Emper-or severing connection with the British Government if Mohammedan feeling in reference to Turkey is not respected. A further resolution urged the Mohammedan boycott of British piece-goods.
