M. Wilford) in the House of Representatives yesterday. Mr-Wilford explained that the idea, which had originated in Australia, was to pack tin' ‘‘.billies” for the men at the front, each one containing “something for wear, something for cleansing, something for playing, something for eating,- and something for reading.”.
