Tho paper “11 Sccolo,” in an interview with ex-Fremior Malinoff, of Bulgaria, quotes that statesman as saying that he is convinced that tho Russian retirement is only temporary. _ The ultimate victory of the Allies is assured. Ho says that Bulgaria will join the Allies immediately she is guaranteed the territory lost in tho second Balkan war.
