LABOUR RULE
MR COOK REPLIES TO MR HOLMAN, By Telegraph— Press Association—Copyright SYDNEY, March 16. Mr Cook, the Federal Premier, speaking at Sandringham, said he considered Mr Holman’s (Premier of New South Wales) figures concerning New South Wales’s light taxation a piece of sheer political effrontery. “There never was a more holloa’ mockery than to assert that three years of Labour rule has given us industrial peace. Labour rule has signalised the fratricidal policy of striking and the creation ot class hatred, which is increasing in this State to-day. This feeling has, and will, reduce the effectiveness of the working man’s wages.”
