EARL GREY’S EULOGY. AUSTRALIA MOST FORTUNATE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrlghl ADELAIDE, February 10. Earl Grey, referring to the appointment of Mr Munro-Ferguson as Gov-ernor-General of Australia, sai'd he considered Australia would be most fortunate in having a man of such character, business capacity, and personal charm. As a supporter of Rosebery, ho was a Liberal Imperialist, a man marked by courage and independence of character. Besides a knowledge of municipal affairs, he would bring a knowledge of scientific agriculture and forestry, which would be of the greatest benefit to the Commonwealth if it cared to use it.
