Tho “ Reichspost ” admits that the situation has improved, and declares that Scutari will remain Albanian, and that Scrvia will withdraw from Durazzo. The paper also states that the Galician reservists will disperse in a few days. STARVING GREEKS. CARED FOR BY BULGARIANS. SOFIA, February 25. The Bulgarians are caring for seven hundred starving Thracian Greeks, who sought refuge at Chorlu and Istranja. SECRET NEGOTIATIONS. ITALY DESIROUS OF PURCHASING ISLANDS. CONSTANTINOPLE, February 25. It is stated that Italy is secretly negotiating with the Young Turks for the purchase of the Island of Rhodes (in the ASgean Sea), Loros (on the west coast of Asia Minor), and Stampalia (in the Egeaa Sea) for 80,000,000 francs (£33,333,333).
