FEDERAL BUDGET.
ANTICIPATED EXPENDITURE TWENTY-TWO MILLIONS. (Received July 29, 11.15 p.m.). MELBOURNE, July 29. Mr Fisher will deliver the Federal Budget statement on Thursday. It is, expected he will foreshadow a great increase' in expenditure, bringing the total to over £22,000,000.
