LABOR IN POLITICS.
MUST FIGHT FOR INDEPENDENT REPRESEN TATION.
LONDON, July.2B. Mr Philip Snowden, addressing his constituents at Blackburn, said that Labor would continue to fight for independent representation. Mr Arthur Henderson, Labor member for Durham, says that Labor’s policy in connection with elections will be dictated solely in the interests of its own movement. He welcomes the present unrest, as showing that a new consciousness ’is taking possession of tho great masses of the people, who aro dissatisfied with the social extremes. The "down tools” policy is going to destroy the old policy of recognition. '
