DISAFFECTED GARRISON
WHOLESALE RESIGNATIONS AT SYDNEY.

Great dissatisfaction exists in the Garrison Artillery over the position created by the new compulsory regulations. Several officers and numbers of the men. have resigned, and one of tho commanding officers expects that the bulk of the officers and 90 per cent, of the men will resign, practically wiping out the Garrison Artillery.
